Underwriting Conditions
- No car inspection required.
- Available only for passenger cars and pick-up trucks for private use and not for public transportation or rent.
- Available for cars aged between 2 – 10 years.
- Driver not specifically named in the policy.
- Guarantee car accessories and complements under factory standard.
- Premium rate already includes dash cam discount.
- Other conditions are as specified in the policy.
Exclusions
- Not cover liability for damage arising from civil war, military or usurped power, rebellion, resurrection.
- Not cover liability for damage arising from illegal use of vehicle such as for theft, snatching, drug smuggling and others as specified in the exclusions of the insurance policy.
- Coverage for theft of personal properties inside the car up to not exceeding 10,000 Baht/time throughout the insurance period, except gold and silver bullion, gold and silver ornaments, jewelry, amulets, antiques or work of arts, original or copies of documents, plans, maps, paintings, designs, patterns, prints or molds, debt collaterals, securities, business documents or important documents, currencies, banknotes, cheques, postage stamps, duty stamps, badges, prepaid cards, explosives, weapons, tapes, CDs, DVDs, sound systems, televisions, GPS, anti-theft devices both installed or movable, as well as any add-on accessory.
Claims Documents
- Daily police report from the Police Station at the incident scene.
- Copy of documents evidencing the acquisition of lost properties such as receipts and other evidence of acquiring such properties.
- Other documents required by the company as deemed necessary.
