Available only for passenger cars and pick-up trucks for private use and not for public transportation or rent.
Available for cars aged between 2-25 years.
The company reserves the right to provide coverage within the range of sum insured specified above.
Premium rate already includes dash cam discount.
Other conditions are as specified in the policy.

Exclusions

Not cover liability for damage arising from civil war, military or usurped power, rebellion, resurrection.
Not cover liability for damage arising from illegal use of vehicle such as for theft, snatching, drug smuggling and others as specified in the exclusions of the insurance policy.

answer : Land vehicle refers to a vehicle run on engine such as motorcycle, passenger car, E-taen tractor, farm tractor, construction vehicles, motorized side cart and electric vehicle. Therefore, if the insured car hits a pole, wall or pet, motor 3+ judtem will not compensate for damage incurred to the insured car.
